Clos du Bois “Sauvignon Blanc” is a dry white wine with mouthwatering aromas of citrus and lemongrass, and flavors of melon, white peach and a touch of herbs. This pasta dish has an oil base. It provides texture, and soft mouth feel to the pasta. Oil-based sauces add a fat flavor that works well with this wine.

Quick Gorgonzola Pasta sauce is a complement for gnocchi, fettuccine, and other hearty pasta.  I added fried shrimp to complement the pasta and the sparkling wine.  Bubby pairs well with fried foods.  The acidity is perfect for cream sauces and fried foods.
